Ingredients
- For 1 1/2 pound meat
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 mashed clove garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Combine ingredients in blender. Pour over steak in shallow pan. Cover and chill. Do this in morning for evening meal or possibly overnight. Especially good grilled.
