Directions

  1. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add in the orange juice. Blend in lowfat sour cream. Add in the sherbet a Tbsp. at a time, stirring till melted. With the mixer, whip till fluffy. Mix in the pineapple and mandarin oranges. Pour into a shallow, flat pan. Refrigeratetill set. Serves 12.
