  • 1 pkt refrigerated crescent rolls - (8 rolls)
  • 1 lb lean grnd beef
  • 1 med onion minced
  • 1 can beef or possibly mushroom gravy - (12 ounce)
  • 1 box Birds Eye frzn Green Peas - (10 ounce) thawed
  • 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 6 slc tomato

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Unroll dough and separate rolls. Spread to cover bottom of ungreased 9-inch pie pan. Press together to create lower crust. Bake 10 min.
  3. Meanwhile, in large skillet, brown grnd beef and onion; drain excess fat. Stir in gravy and peas; cook till heated through.
  4. Pour mix into partially baked crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 to 15 min or possibly till crust is brown and cheese is melted.
  5. Arrange tomato slices over pie; bake 2 min more.
  6. This recipe yields 6 servings.
