Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. green onions
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 4 med. tomatoes
- 1/4 c. veg. oil
- 3 T wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon mustard seed
- Pepper to taste
- Jalapenos & green chilies as desired to spiciness
Directions
- Chop veggies fine. Mix all ingredients together. Let stand in refrigerator 24 to 48 hrs. Can or possibly use fresh with chips.
