Low Fat Cappuccino Pudding Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa
  • 2/3 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Evaporated skim lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 c. Semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 3/4 c. Warm water
  • 2 env instant cappuccino mix, (.78 ounce) Frzn vanilla yogurt

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a 9" square baking pan. Add in lowfat milk, oil and vanilla and mix well. Stir in chocolate morsels. Combine brown sugar and remaining cocoa; sprinkle over batter. Combine water and cappuccino mix stirring to dissolve. Pour over batter, but don't stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min or possibly till done. Serve hot with frzn yogurt.
