Directions

  1. Combine chicken broth, wine and tumeric in small bowl. Heat oil in heavy medium skillet over medium heat. Add in mushrooms, sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook till beginning to soften, about 3 min. Add in the green onions and 1 Tbsp. tomato paste and stir to blend. Add in broth mix and simmer 2 min. Add in Krab and tarragon and stir till heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Meanwhile, cook linguine in large pot of boiling salted water till just tender but still hard to bite, stirring occasionally. Drain well.
  3. Return pasta to same pot. Add in sauce and toss to coat. Divide pasta between 2 plates. Sprinkle with remaining green onions and serve.
  4. Serves 2, can bedoubled or possibly tripled.
  5. * any type of mushroom may be used. It is very good with fresh shitaki but works just fine with white buttons.
