Ingredients

1/2 c. lowfat buttermilk
1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
1/4 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
1/4 c. green onion minced salt to taste

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor fitted with the steel blade. Puree till smooth and scrape into a container with a tight-fitting lid.
Makes 3 c.
