1 pkg. chocolate Oreo cookies
6 ounce can frzn pink lemonade, thawed but undiluted
1 (8 ounce) can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
8 ounce Cold Whip

Directions

Crush Oreos and put 3/4 crushed pcs in a 9 1/2 x 13 inch ungreased cake dish. Blend lemonade and Eagle Brand till smooth. Fold into Cool Whip, spread over Oreos. Sprinkle rest of Oreo chips over top. Chill overnight.
