- 1 1/2 tsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice*
- 3/4 tsp Granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh Pepper
Directions
- In small bowl combine all ingredients; cover with plastic wrap and chill till chilled.
- Yields about 1/4 c.
- Each 2-Tbsp serving provides:1/4 Lowfat milk,
- *For a more tart dressing, add in up to an additional 2 1/4 tsp lemon juice.
