Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 3/4 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 t lemon extract
  • 2 cups lemon chips
  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • In a small bowl
  • Stir together flour, baking soda and salt
  • Set aside
  • In a large bowl
  • Cream together sugar, brown sugar, butter and
  • lemon extract with an electric mixer
  • Until light and fluffy
  • Beat in egg
  • Add the flour mixture and
