Lemon Chicken Over Fettuccini Recipe

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grate lemon peel; mix with brown sugar. Set aside. Marinate chicken in juice from 2 lemons for 15 min. Dredge chicken through flour. Place in skillet with 3 Tbsp. butter, melted. Tightly brown both sides of chicken. Add in butter as needed.
  2. Place chicken in shallow pan. Pour chicken broth and remaining lemon juice in skillet. Bring to a boil. Pour over chicken. Place dab of brown sugar mix on each piece of chicken. Bake 30-40 min or possibly till tender.
  3. Cook fettuccine: drain. Transfer chicken to oven-safe plate. Keep hot.
  4. Combine fettuccine and sauce from shallow pan. Serve chicken over fettuccine.
