  1. For Cake: Cream butter and sugar, add in large eggs. Add in flour and lowfat milk alternately. Mix well. Add in vanilla. Use 3 round cake pans, greased and lightly floured. Bake 25 to 30 min at 350 degrees.Filling: Place all ingredients in the top of a double boiler. Cook to desired thickness and spread between cake layers and on top when cake is cool.
