Leftover Orange Turkey Salad Recipe

I love chicken salad so I decided to try it with turkey and I love it.

  • Leftover Turkey maybe 2 pounds
  • 1/2 cup Dukes mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 Oranges (at least) between minced and chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • 1 cup walnuts chopped optional
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • fresh mixed greens
  • honey (oranges may be sweet enough)


  1. 1. Mix all ingredient and until blended well. Taste and if not sweet enough had desired amount of honey. Served chilled on top of fresh mixed greens for a nice salad or on a sandwich for a classic turkey salad sandwich
