Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb Grnd beef, cooked and liquid removed
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 6 ounce Tomato paste
- 1 c. Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 2/3 c. Bisquick
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Directions
- Heat oven to 400. Grease 10" pie plate. Layer cottage and parmesan cheeses in plate. Mix beef, herbs, paste and 1/2 c. mozzarella; spoon on top. Beat lowfat milk, bisquick, Large eggs, salt and pepper till smooth. Pour into plate. Bake 30 to 35 min. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and bake till melted.
