  • Okra 500 gms
  • 1tbspn Mustard
  • 1 tbspn Chilli powder or Chilli flakes
  • Garlic 5 to 6 nos
  • 3 to 4 tbspn Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry Leaves

Directions

  1. • Wash and chop the Okra finely
  2. • Heat oil in a pan add mustard wait till it pops up
  3. • Add crushed garlic,curry leaves fry for few mins
  4. • Add chillypowder and mix well
  5. • Add okra & salt mix well
  6. • Cook till it becomes tender
  7. • Serve hot with sambhar rice,curdrice & chappati.
