Omi's Hungarian Potato Dish With Salami Recipe

Ingredients

  •     Potato, sliced, raw
  •     Egg, hard-boiled, sliced
  •     Salami, sliced
  • 1 x salt and pepper to taste
  •     Lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Butter the inside of an oven proof callerole dish.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 .
  3. Cover the bottom of the casserole with potato slices, then a layer of egg, a layer of salami and so on till the dish is fill.
  4. Each layer of potatoes gets a sprinkling of salt and pepper, and each layer of salami gets covered with lowfat sour cream.
  5. The last layer should be lowfat sour cream.
  6. Bake in the oven for 2 hrs, or possibly till the potatoes are tender.
  7. Combines wonderfully with Omi's Hungarian cucumber salad. (see salads).
