Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (10 ounce) frzn minced spinach, thawed
- 1 1/2 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 can (8 ounce) water chestnuts finely minced
- 3 green onions, finely minced
Directions
- Squeeze spinach till dry. In medium bowl stir together spinach, lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts and green onions. Cover; chill 2 hrs. Stir before serving. If you like, serve with pumpernickel bread, crackers or possibly rye bread chunks.
