1 pkg. (10 ounce) frzn minced spinach, thawed
1 1/2 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 can (8 ounce) water chestnuts finely minced
3 green onions, finely minced

Directions

Squeeze spinach till dry. In medium bowl stir together spinach, lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts and green onions. Cover; chill 2 hrs. Stir before serving. If you like, serve with pumpernickel bread, crackers or possibly rye bread chunks.
