Irish Corned Beef Casserole Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb deli corned beef, shaved or possibly sliced very thin
  • 1/2 c. Thousand Island salad dressing
  • 1 c. sauerkraut, well liquid removed, squeeze out as much moisture as possible
  • 1/2 lb Swiss cheese, grated Rye crackers or possibly party rye bread slices

Directions

  1. Crumble the corned beef into a well greased 9x12" glass baking dish. Spread the dressing over the corned beef. Spread the sauerkraut over the dressing. Cover with the grated cheese. Bake 350: till warm and bubbly. Serve with the party rye bread or possibly rye crackers. This may also be heated in a micro-wave, just watch it carefully. Jan
