Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 lb Knockwurst, thickly sliced
- 2 sm onions, minced
- 1 lb Cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Directions
- Heat butter in glass or possibly ceramic casserole dish in the micro oven on the highest setting. Stir in the onions and garlic and cook for 2 min. Add in the cabbage; salt and pepper and mix well. Lay the knockwurst slices on top of the cabbage. Cover and cook for 12 min.
