  1. Slice onion into thin wheels lay out on baking sheet.
  2. Knackwurst notch in half lengthwise and cut into several top.
  3. Knackwurst distributed to lay out the onions.
  4. Gently pour hot ketchup and pepper and let rest on top of onions cut into rings.
  5. On top lay out pieces of bacon, chopped mushrooms and sausage.
  6. All pour beer and possibly even slightly salt.
  7. Bake uncovered about 30 to 45 minutes.
  8. About 10 minutes before baking knackwurst "pull" at the top of the mixture that, when baked, and to bake.
  9. Serve with fresh or toasted bread.
