  1. In a pot, heat Crisco. Put together all seasonings, onions and tomato sauce. Add in kidney beans and olives. Wash rice and put in pot. Add in 2 cups or possibly more of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let cook for a 1/2 hour. 6 servings.
