Ingredients
- 2 pkt Devil's food cake mix
- 1 c. Vegetable oil
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 pkt (8 ounce) Cream cheese, room temp.
- 1/4 c. Margarine, softened
- 2 1/2 c. Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- In bowl combine the first 4 ingredients; mix well. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches
- apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Don't flatten. Bake 350 for 8-10 minutes or possibly till set. Cold
- 5 minutes before removing from sheet. (cookies will flatten as they cold) Combine filling
- ingredients, till smooth. Spread on 1 cookie, top with remaining cookie. Store in the frig.
