- 1 can Condensed lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 can Cherry pie filling
- 1 ct Lowfat sour cream Vanilla wafers
Directions
- Place a vanilla wafer, curved side down, in bottom of paper muffin baking c..
- Cream together the cream cheese and condensed lowfat milk; add in vanilla and lemon juice, mixing well. Spoon into muffin c. over vanilla wafers. Top with lowfat sour cream. Bake in 350 degree oven for 5 min. When cold, place a cherry and a little cherry syrup on top of each. Chill.
