Ingredients
- 2 lb cream cheese
- 8 ounce shrimp 150 - 200 count, raw
- 1/2 c. yellow onion finely minced
- 1/2 c. tomato finely minced
- 1/4 c. jalapeno peppers finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. garlic juice
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and heat in a bain-marie (warm bath or possibly double boiler) for 1 hour.
- Best served with large dipping Fritos.
- Keep warm, perhaps in a crockpot.
