Ingredients
- 6 hard-cooked large eggs
- 1 T minced green onions
- 1 T minced fresh parsley
- 3-4 jarred jalapeno peppers, seeded, finely minced
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 ounce (1/4 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- Chili pwdr
Directions
- Cut large eggs in half; remove yolks; place in small bowl and mash. Add in green onion, jalapeno peppers, parsley, mayonnaise and mustard; blend well. Fill each egg with mix. Top each egg with cheese, then sprinkle with chili pwdr.
