Ingredients
- 1 (20 ounce) can Dole pineapple chunks
- 2 med. bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 c. sliced strawberries
- Crisp salad greens
- 1 (8 ounce) carton plain yogurt
- 4 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Dash of nutmeg
- 1/3 c. minced walnuts
Directions
- Drain pineapple; reserve 1 tbsp juice. Put together pineapple, bananas, and strawberries. Spoon onto salad plates lined with salad greens. Put together reserved pineapple juice, yogurt, honey, lime juice, and nutmeg. Spoon dressing over each salad and top with nuts. Serves 4.
