Honey Fruit Tea Recipe

Here's a great Summer spritzer. You can use your favorite tea in this. I like to use green tea with lemongrass, along with substituting lemon-lime soda for the carbonated water.

If your allergy prone, I suggest using local honey. One of the many benefits honey provides is boosting your allergy resistance. Local is best because pollen counts vary by region and store bought is from a farm that may/may not be from your area.

  2. Fill a 12-ounce glass with ice cubes. Add 1/2 cup fruit juice mixture and fill glass with 1/2 cup carbonated water.
  3. Garnish with your choice of the above.
