Directions

  1. 1. Heat the butter and honey in a 9x13-inch pan. Mix well. Beat the Large eggs, juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt together. Soak the bread slices in the egg mix, but Don't let the bread become so wet which it falls apart.
  2. 2. Arrange the slices close together on top of the honey/butter mix.
  3. Bake about 20 min at 400F, till set. Invert the toast when serving.
  4. Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar, if you like, or possibly serve with more honey.. Diabetics: Be sure to calculate any extra into your program.
