Ingredients
- 1 whl bone-in fully cooked ham(12-14 lbs),spiral cut or possibly thinly sliced
- 2 can (6 ounce) pineapple juice
- 1 can (20 ounce) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 c. Packed brown sugar
- 20 whl cloves, (up to 30)
- 1/4 c. Raisins
Directions
- Place ham in a roasting pan.Slowly pour pineapple juice over ham so it runs between the slices.Spoon pineapple over ham.Sprinkle with brown sugar and cloves.Add in raisins to pan juices.Cover and chill over night.Throw away cloves,Cover and bake ham at 325 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours,basting every 20 min.
