Ingredients
- 4 lrg Mashed potatoes
- 1 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Nonfat lowfat sour cream
- 4 x Minced garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Parsley flakes
- 1 tsp Pepper
Directions
- Peel and cut potatoes into cubes. Boil till tender (about 30 minutes.), then drain water. In another pan over low heat, heat remaining ingredients for about 30 min. Add in mix to the potatoes, and mix/mash potatoes till smooth.
- Serves 8.
