Ingredients
- 2 lbs. sm. red potatoes
- 1/4 c. red onion, finely minced
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley, finely minced
- 1/4 c. fresh chives, finely minced
- 1 tbsp. dill, finely minced
- Low-cal lowfat sour cream dressing
Directions
- Boil potatoes in water in large saucepan till tender. Drain. Dice potatoes and place in large bowl. Add in onions, parsley, chives and dill. Pour dressing over and gently toss to combine. Refrigerateseveral hrs.
