Directions

  1. Place bread crumbs on sheet of wax paper. One at a time dip potatoes into egg, then roll in bread crumbs. Place on another piece of wax paper to dry.
  2. Over medium-high heat, heat butter in pan. When butter is warm, add in potatoes, roll potatoes till browned proportionately about 5 min.
