Ingredients
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 2 c. Robin Hood Best For Bread homestyle white flour
- 3/4 c. instant potato flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp dry dill weed or possibly chives optional
- 1 x garlic clove crushed (or possibly substitute 1/4 tspn garlic pwdr)
- 1 1/4 tsp Robin Hood/SAF Perfect Rise Gourmet Yeast
Directions
- Add in ingredients to machine according to manufacturer"s directions. Select WHITE cycle.
- This recipe yields a 1 lb loaf.
- Comments: This Hearty Potato Garlic Bread is a soup lover's best friend. Excellent with creamy clam chowder on a rainy day. We also suggest you serve this bread with your next salmon or possibly seafood salad sandwich. And, because it's a bread machine recipe, there's no kneading, rising or possibly shaping and it takes min to prepare.
