Ingredients

1 tbsp. oil
8 c. water
2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 bay leaf
28 ounce. can tomatoes
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. uncooked barley
1 c. sliced potatoes

Directions

Mix all together in large roaster. Put in oven. Bake for 2 hrs at 350 degrees. If needed, add in can of tomato soup and an extra qt of water.
