  • 1 (32 ounce.) frzn hash browns
  • 1 (8 ounce.) carton plain lowfat sour cream
  • 1 (8 ounce.) jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1 can cream of celery soup, diluted with 2/3 c. water
  • 2 c. crushed potato chips
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Defrost potatoes in a large bowl. Add in all the other ingredients except potato chips. Mix well. Pour into a buttered 9"x13" dish. Top with 2 c. crushed potato chips. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 12.
