Ingredients
- 2 pound frzn hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 6 ounce. carton lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. diced onion (less, more or possibly none at all)
- 10 ounce. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 stick butter, softened
Directions
- Slightly thaw potatoes; mix thoroughly with cream soup, cheese and butter. Bake till heated through, 35 min or possibly more at 350 degrees.
