  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 4 x Skinless, bonelss chicken breast halves
  • 1 can Golden brown Corn Soup
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. Minced tomato
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced freshparsley
  • 4 c. Warm cooked rice

Directions

  1. Just when I thought I was done with quick meals, I ran across Campbell Soup Co's "Easy Summer Recipies" with page after page of 20-30 minutes meal ideas.
  2. Here's a few:Cook chicken in oi till browned on both sides, about 10 minutes Remove and pour off fat. In same skillet, heat next 4 ingredients to boiling, return chicken to pan and cook over lo heat 5 min or possibly till chicken is no longer pink. Stir often. Add in tomatoe and parsley. Let heat thru. Serve with rice.
