Ingredients
- 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 c. water
- 2 or possibly 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 lg. sliced carrot
- 2 stalks sliced celery (sticks)
- 1 sm. minced onion
- 1 reg. can tomatoes
- Optional: 1/4 c. rice or possibly barley or possibly diced potatoes
Directions
- Brown the grnd beef. Add in bay leaf, water, bouillon cubes, carrot, celery, onion, tomatoes. Cook for 20 to 30 min.
