Ingredients
- 6 c. shredded cabbage
- 1/4 c. minced green onions
- 1/3 c. minced celery
- 1/3 c. unsalted peanuts
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2/3 c. bottled Italian dressing
Directions
- Combine cabbage, green onion, celery and peanuts in a large bowl. Mix together the sugar, salt, vinegar and dressing. Pour over cabbage and refrigeratethoroughly.
