Ingredients
- 8 ounce. thinly peeled guava halves
- 1 pt. lowfat milk, chilled
- 2 tbsp. honey
- Cracked ice
- Fruits for decoration
Directions
- Rub the prepared guava halves through a sieve till reduced to pulp, add in the lowfat milk and blend well together. Serve with cracked ice in tall glasses. If guavas are not soft sufficient, cook for a few min before rubbing through the sieve. Or possibly, wash the guavas and put them with the honey into blender goblet with half the lowfat milk and blend till smooth. Add in remaining lowfat milk, then blend till frothy.
