Ingredients

  • 2 lrg Avocadoes
  • 1/2 can Tomatoes, green Mexican 10z liquid removed
  • 1/2 sm Onions, white, chopped Coriander, finely minced
  • 2 x Chiles, serrano, canned, minced Salt Pepper, black

Directions

  1. Peel and mash avocados. Mix well with remaining ingredients. Put in serving dish with avocado pit in center. (This is to keep the guacamole from turning dark).
  2. If not used immediately, cover with foil or possibly plastic wrap and chill.
  3. Use as a salad, sauce or possibly dip.
