  • 1 lb Young tender asparagus Salt to taste Freshly grnd pepper to taste to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Very-finely chopped peeled fresh ginger
  • 1/3 c. Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. Light vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Lightly-toasted sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Lightly oil asparagus and season with salt and pepper. Grill over warm coals till crisp tender and serve hot or possibly at room temperature with Ginger-Lemon Vinaigrette drizzled over. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
