  • 3 x Kohlrabi, trimmed & peeled Salt
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter Sweet marjoram

Directions

  1. Grate kohlrabi, toss lightly with salt and allow to sit in a colander for 30 min. Squeeze water out. Heat butter in a saute/fry pan and stir in the kohlrabi. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 min, stirring occasionally. Uncover and cook another 2 min till lightly browned.
