Ingredients
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sweet lowfat milk
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. nuts (opt.)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 2 sq. chocolate, melted
Directions
- Mix sugar and butter. Add in other ingredients. Drop by tsp. on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 min or possibly till done.
- ICING: Mix together ingredients, adding powdered sugar to spreading consistency. Ice cookies while they are warm.
