Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- Blueberries, nuts or possibly minced apples
- 1/3 c. white sugar
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/3 c. butter
Directions
- Beat flour, sugar, baking pwdr, salt, lowfat milk, oil, vanilla and egg till smooth. Pour into a greased 9"x13" pan. As an option you may sprinkle a cup of blueberries, nuts or possibly minced apples on top of this mix.TOPPING: Cut butter into dry mix till crumbly. Sprinkle this over the batter mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
