Ingredients
- 1/2 c. prepared whole grain mustard
- 1 c. veal demi-glace, see recipe
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Combine the mustard, demi-glace, vinegar, salt and pepper in a saucepan; mix well.
- Simmer till reduced to the desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
- Yields variable servings.
