I adapted this from Ina Garten. It was absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
- Chicken parts on the bone, I used 4 leg quarters.
- 1 c honey
- A bottle of low sodium soy sauce (10 oz)
- 1/4 c minced garlic
- 1/2 c -ish of ginger (I cheated and bought one of those tubes of grated ginger. It was soooo much easier then grating it by hand and it came out to a little less then 1/2 c)
Directions
- Mix everything together in a bowl.
- Marinate the chicken overnight and cook through.
- I grilled mine around 400-500 degrees. 8 minutes on each side then 10 minutes after one last flip. They need to be 165 degrees when temped near the bone.
