  1. 1. Combine the lemon, garlic, yogurt, paprika and mint in a large bowl.
  2. 2. Add in chicken breast, toss to coat.
  3. 3. Cover and marinade a few hrs.
  4. 4. Broil and serve.
  5. NOTES :big success. Have made it a number of times since.
  6. Dry mint can also be used... try 1 Tbsp.
  7. I used leftovers of this for sandwiches the next day, with tzatziki and cucumbers.
