Frozen Pineapple Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 x lemon
  • 1 x (14 oz) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 x (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 x (16 oz) container nondairy whipped topping
  • 2 x 9 inch graham cracker crusts

Directions

  1. Method:1. Mix condensed lowfat milk and non-dairy whipped topping together.
  2. 2. Add in the juice of one lemon and the pineapple to this creamy blend.
  3. 3. Pour pineapple blend into 2 graham cracker crusts. Freeze overnight.
  4. Take pies out of freezer 30 to 45 min before serving.
  5. Makes 2 - 9 inch pies
  6. This is a good recipe to make ahead for company on warm, summer days. You may use lowfat or possibly fat-free ingredients if desired.
