Directions

  1. Coat one cut up 2 1/2- 3 pound broiler-fryer chicken wit 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, then with lowfat milk mix. Coat with 3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs.
  2. Place in ungreased, large shallow baking pan. Bake at 375* till tender, 45 to 50 minutes. Don't turn.
